Notice to reader preparation includes limited verification through third party sources of the balance sheet items and analytical analysis of the balance sheet for the industry as well as that business trends in the market. The Review engagement process is a more detailed analytical analysis and more third-party confirmation of the balance sheet of that company which takes longer and costs more.
